CANCELLING OR RESHEDULING
Please note we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling for all bookings to avoid a 50% charge of treatment cost
If you do not show to your booked appointment you will be charged 100% of treatment cost
When bookings are made we allocate this time slot to you and we are very likely to have another guest arriving soon after you. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment we may not be able to complete all treatments booked or the full treatment. However you will be charged full amount of treatment booked.
We require a 50% deposit for all bookings over the value of $200. We will be in contact to take deposit
We have a no children policy. This is for health and safety reasons along with the comfort of all our quests.
All vouchers state their expiry date. We are not required to redeem any vouchers past this date.
We kindly ask you keep volume in the spa to a minimum to ensure comfort for all our guests. This includes switching your phone to silent please
